Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is an Canadian actress who is best well-known for her roles as a character in the Freeform the fantasy show Shadowhunters, and Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda, and Voltea pa' que you are awestruck. Emeraude Toubia is also a skilled model and dancer. As a Montreal native, she grew as a child in Texas and has been fascinated by performing. Since her early years she was trained in a variety different styles of dancing. Her first participation in beauty contests when she was the age of fifteen. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia became famous in 2008 when she took part in Season 2 of the Univision beauty pageant show Nuestra Belleza Latina. Toubia made her acting debut in the year 2010, playing receptionist on an episode of Telemundo's telenovela Aurora. The actress starred in Tattooed Love (2015), an action film.
