Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived in a musical family on 9 August 1993 in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is a cousin and daughter of the singer Dionne. As a young girl, Houston started performing professionally in the choir of her church. She sang backing vocals for Chaka Khosn's single from 1978 Im Every Woman with her mom. Later, she provided background vocals for Lou Rawls & Jermaine jackson as well as her mom. Her first gig was as a lead performer for the The New York-based New York Funk band Material. Her vocal quality work earned her the attention of major record label Arista which she joined in 1983. Whitney Houston became the top-selling debut record for an artist in the year 1985. Several hit singles including The Greatest Love of All, Saving My Love For You How Do I know That You Love Me and The greatest Love of All were released from the album setting her up to smash the Beatles record with seven consecutive US top 10s. The album came out in 1987 and sold 25 million copies around the world. The album Whitney which came out in 1987 and featuring the hit songs Where Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, continued her earlier success. But it came with The Bodyguard (1996) that cemented her position as one of music's best sellers. The Bodyguard's performance as a film as well as its soundtrack weren't popular, her Dolly Parton cover I Will Always Love You and the album accompanying it were top of the charts all over the world for several months. In 1993, it was also when she got married Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition musician with whom she bore the sole child of her marriage, Bobbi Kristina Brown. Around this time when her well-documented substance abuse began. By 1996, she was a regular addict.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorwoman for news and reporting as well as political correspondent for CNN. She hosted a variety of weekend programs for the network, such as Evans & Novak: Late Edition" as well as Inside Politics." She was previously employed by NBC and CBS. Bash is the recipient of several awards and honours. Elle magazine once listed her on its Women in Washington Power List. With her amazing anchoring and reportage capabilities, she's adored by young journalists in the field. She is a George Washington University graduate is a loving mother to one son. She has been married twice but is currently dating. Bash is a fan of all her followers.
